Warranty Policy

Our laundry products are built to last and we stand behind their quality and durability. We offer a 5 Year Warranty that covers any defects in the materials or workmanship under normal domestic / household use for a period of 5 years from product purchase.

If you are experiencing an issue with one of our products, please submit our Warranty Claim Form. We will review and determine an appropriate solution, which may include providing replacement parts, repairing the item, or providing a complete replacement, at our discretion. Please note that you may need to provide proof of purchase to validate your warranty claim.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse or accidents. Normal wear and tear, as well as cosmetic damage, are also not covered by our warranty.
